Meditate-to engage in contemplation or reflection
Joshua 1:8-9 (New International Version)
8 Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. 9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Lets look at the first part

If we are to be more like Christ, why wouldn’t we read about him, the things he promises us are wonderful. I have asked this question to myself so many times. Because when I get up early and read, journal, and pray I feel great. I do think about it for the rest of the day. Can the day still go bad, yes, but it makes it easier to deal with the issues.
The Lord gave this scripture to my husband and I for our fitness business several years ago for us to realize to be obedient, regardless, if we want to. Stay the course no matter what. Get back up on the horse if you fell off or had a bad weekend. Remember to use the people (women) you have met to help you. Watch out for this week is distraction week, be more disciplined then ever so you can overcome anything!
